A new way...

An ambitious building program was started in 2019 on Lake Kivu in Rwanda to establish the newest and most capable shipyard in all of the Great Lakes region. Privately funded and owned, the birthplace of the African Queens is known as the Coza Bay Maritime Complex.

The KivuQueen has arrived in Rwanda and is ready to be assembled to start it's first cruise along Lake Kivu in quarter three of 2021. The Coza Bay Maritime Complex is in the middle of an aggressive build-out to provide all design, manufacturing and maintenance support to the future fleet of Queen and Princess vessels.
